CAHS trounces CHM, moves to CODM Finals

TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – CAHS Doridocs came one step closer to the crown after dominating CHM Pink Panther, 6-1, in their semifinal clash at the CODM tournament of the CSU Andrews Intramurals 2021 on Thursday.

Played under Search & Destroy, CAHS easily held the lead by controlling the first four games of the encounter. CHM tried to orchestrate a comeback by snatching a win in the fifth frame. This, however, was not enough as CAHS sealed their fate with two successive victories.

Robert Blenzon “Al@skaMilk” Mangulab III spearheaded CAHS with 11 kills and 1510 points. His exploits were heavily supported by Wyneth Kate “LIYAB | nabi” Fronda and Ella Faith Aubrey “ryu.zerotwo” Valdez, who finished with a 5-870 and 7-750 kill-total point ratio, respectively.

CAHS will now go against CBEA Hermes in the championship round tomorrow at 8 AM. It can be remembered that CAHS previously defeated CBEA, 6-3, in their elimination round match.
